In-Person Voting – The best photo from each of the 10 mini sessions is printed in a display of 10×10 matted prints at Freeland Photography for voting.
Each in-person vote counts for 5 votes. You can only vote in-person one time and each location throughout the entirety of the contest, but you can vote in both locations in downtown Lee’s Summit!

Voting for the finals will take place Monday May 22nd through Monday June 26th, 2017. The baby with the most likes in the finals, ending Noon June 26th, will be deemed Cutest Baby of 2017 & the Grand Prize winner!

Freeland Photography & The Legal Center for New Families will donate $1 to Lee’s Summit Cares for every legitimate entry (1 per household) for the first 1,000 entries. Help us get families from homelessness to self-sufficiency by entering the contest today! -
Photo Rules
When it comes to all little ones, safety first! All photos should depict the baby in safe environment. For example: buckled safely in a car seat while in a car, holding an adult’s hand near water, safely supported in a swing, wearing a hat in the bright sun. -
Entry Rules
This Promotion is open to legal residents of Missouri and Kansas, 18 years of age or older, who are able to travel to Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Babies must be 18 months or younger as of April 1st, 2017. We cannot use professional photographers’ photos for Round 1, so please use your own photo — we are sure that you have plenty of them, Mom and Dad! Of course, you have hundreds of cute photos — but please, enter only one per baby. Multiple entries of the same baby will disqualify all entries from that household. -
Limit
One (1) entry per household and per eligible child. For entries of more than one eligible child in the household, the entry process must be completed separately for each child. Entries received in excess of the above stated limitation will be void. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. You may only use one email address to enter this Promotion. -

The Legal Center for New Families and Freeland Photography (hereinafter the “Sponsors”) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, undelivered, garbled, or misdirected entries, photos, or registrations; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Promotion-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion.
