All Back-up Files are Moving to the Cloud

As of May 1st, 2022, we will no longer have physical hard-drives in the studio.  All of our photo back-ups will be on the cloud.  We highly recommend all of our clients download their images to their personal computers, just to ensure they are safe. Below you will find detailed instructions on how to download your photos from the online gallery.

How to download images from the cloud
  1. Go to https://freelandphotography.com/ on a computer 
    (you can not download photos to mobile devices)
  2. Click Client Gallery tab
  3. Search for your session in the search bar at the top right of the page 
    (sessions are listed by name)
  4. Click on your gallery once found 
  5. Click next through prompts until you open gallery 
  6. Under the cover photo on the right hand side you will see the below options: 

       7. Click the download arrow 
       8. Type in your email address & the 4 digit download pin. Then click next. 
           (if you do not have a download pin or can not find one email amanda@freelandphotography.com for help) 
       9. Select tabs you would like to download under the choose photos section. 
       10. Then select high resolution in order to download the full resolution images without the logo. Click start download. 
       11. Double click the zip file to download to your computer. 
       12. Unzip file & move photos somewhere safe for storage.
